Hi guys so I'm totally listening to your podcast and one of you just lacks vision. I literally had to stop listening because you were complaining the argument as to why you would never use your tablet to edit video. I guess it may not be obvious but to me it's not there to edit the video you take on the tab. It's there so you edit video you've taken from a different device. Like a phone. Yeah you can do it on a phone too but the point is to take advantage of the larger screen. Intake video on my iPhone all the time then I traNsfer it to my iPad and edit it. Sure I can do it on my computer also but the simplicity of doing it on the iPad vs the Mac is also nice. Less options sometimes means you don't have to be as worried about being perfect just more having fun. And then before this you were saying how you are the type of person who likes to plug into a cord and no cord on the iPhone would not be good. Maybe you're right but apple would make it so there wouldn't be much of a problem and yes that is for the majority.

Apple sticks to a religious release schedule, you should expect to see the next installment of iPhone around June. It will be announced most likely at WWDC in june and come out a couple weeks later. If you can, I would hold off so you can get the latest iPhone. Otherwise, I would say get the iPhone 4. Like any of the iPhones, the iPhone 4 glass breaks if you drop it at the right angle, there have been reports that they break more often than normal iPhones, but that is also because the front and back of the iPhone 4 are glass. With any phone though, I always suggest getting a protective case. Especially with the iPhone 4.

When is the actual iPhone five ( or the successor of the iphone4) most likely to be released? I just lost my iPhone 3GS 2-3 weeks ago, and I was thinking about if I should just get the iphone4 now or maybe wait for the apple iphone five... Furthermore, I been told the actual i phone 4's display shatters very easily if you drop it w/o an instance. Is definitely that true?

Hope you don't mind me chiming in here! :)

Here's the thing... Yes, the iPhone app is free, but you pay to upgrade to get the Extra Videos and wallpapers I produce JUST for app subscribers. A year subscription for the iPhone app is $8.99.

The Android platform doesn't allow in app subscriptions, so it's either free or paid - no in between. So, in order to give Android users the ability to get those extra videos, we had to charge. The cost is $8.99 for a LIFETIME of extras, so it's not a subscription model.

Keep in mind, the Extras cost me and my team (who have to get paid) a lot of extra time each week, so as in any business, you can't give away everything for nothing.

Hope that helps explain it! :)

Maybe I am on my own with this Henry, But I use my phone as an all around device. I watch movies, tv shows, Listen to music, podcasts, email, chat, then I have twitter for what ever. I have been using my phone more as my primary camera unless I am planning a big photo walk. I use my phone almost as much as I use my computer and I like that. I think there are others like me as well, and that's why devices such as the iPad are so popular with the Galaxy tab to follow. But again, it's just my opinion and how I enjoy using my phone. I only use about 40 minutes of actual talk time a year, if even that much.\

Sorry you couldn't be more wrong. I also have an Android phone. I love it but I always wondered how the experience could be better with the info I want or need. Looks like Microsoft put a lot of time in thinking about it and did a GREAT job. Android and iphone, having more similarities than differences, are "app centric". But lets face it EVERYONE uses these "mini computers" first and foremost as communication devices. I love apps but I don't need them, or use them, so much that they need to appear on a home screen or every screen beyond that. I read a recent pole published on AppleInsider explaining: "The vast majority of apps downloaded from the App Store are in use by less than 5% of users". So obviously a COMMUNICATION centric phone seems to be what people would like if they were given that. And to your other point, I don't think it's an "obvious attack" on the iphone. Face it until now all OS's for mobile devices operate GENERALLY the same. WinMo 7 is an obvious departure from it, and a welcomed one at that. So Cory, really?
